Habit 1 – Focus
The most effective eBayers focus on their goals – whether this is financial (need to make 1000) or products (only sell Informational Products) or Margin (everything I sell MUST have 100 percent margin).By focussing on their core objectives they do not let anything else cloud their judgement – they know what they want and will do anything to achieve it.
This is the same in big business – we may call this 'focus' our Vision or Strategy, but it is the same thing, it's is allowing that business to focus on what it needs to do to be successful.
